Terms of Service

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in CVagent (“CVagent,” “we,” or “us”) and our website located at www.cvagent.co (the “Service”). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you and CVagent regarding your use of the Service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY.

BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT,” OR BY OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING CVagent's PRIVACY POLICY (TOGETHER, THESE "TERMS"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Service Overview.

CVagent provides an AI-powered resume optimization service designed to improve resumes according to specific job descriptions ("the Service"). Our platform employs various AI models to analyze and optimize your resume content. Due to the nature of AI, outputs may occasionally include inaccuracies or mistakes. Users retain the ability and responsibility to review, edit, and modify all outputs provided by the Service.

2. Eligibility.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 16 years old.
  • You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.
  • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Registration.

Access to certain features of the Service may require account registration. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at cvagent@taqanu.com if your account security is compromised.

4. Payment Terms.

CVagent offers both free and paid features. Fees for paid features will be clearly displayed and must be accepted before purchase. Prices are stated in Euros (€).

  • Pricing: CVagent may modify pricing with prior notice. Check our website regularly for current pricing information.
  • Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize CVagent or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

5. Refund Policy.

For paid digital services, refunds will be provided within 14 days from purchase only if the Service has not been accessed or utilized. If you have already accessed or used the paid Service, refunds may not be issued, consistent with EU consumer rights for digital content.

6. License Grant.

CVagent grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent Service security measures.
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.
  • Transfer your access or rights to the Service to others.

8. Intellectual Property.

All content, software, and features provided by the Service are owned by CVagent or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use this content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

9. Modifications.

CVagent may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination.

CVagent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at cvagent@taqanu.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CVAGENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CVAGENT IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FROM ANY ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN THE AI OUTPUTS.

12. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify CVagent and its affiliates against all claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be settled exclusively by the courts of Estonia.

14. Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, to understand how we collect, use, and disclose personal data.

16. International Use.

While CVagent is based in Estonia, the Service may be accessed internationally. Users accessing from outside Estonia do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
